General Overview
1 Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkbk platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these terms.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using tkbk. The platform is operated for personal entertainment purposes and is not intended for commercial resale.
2 Age and Eligibility Requirements
tkbk services are available only to individuals who are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are operating the account in your own name.
- You are conducting betting or gaming activities with your own funds.
- Participation in this type of online gaming is not legally prohibited in your area of residence.
3 Account Registration and Management
Each user may hold only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, tkbk reserves the right to close them and forfeit any funds held in those accounts.
- All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
- Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to tkbk support immediately.
- Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- tkbk may suspend or close inactive accounts (those with no transactions over an extended period) if necessary.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonus Policy
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on tkbk are processed through Bangladesh's mobile banking methods. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
tkbk reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request. tkbk also reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other irregularities.
5 Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offers
tkbk offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total will be ৳28,000.
The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = completing ৳12,000 in bets will allow you to withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- tkbk may modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
tkbk's VIP program has three tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity:
- Bronze Tier — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver Tier — up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold Tier — up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Cashback is automatically credited to the account every week. tkbk reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
Gaming Rules and Restrictions
7 Gaming Code of Conduct
All games on the tkbk platform are operated under fair and transparent policies. We expect users to use the platform in an honest and fair manner.
- Playing games through any software bot, automation tool, or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the system to gain an advantage is prohibited.
- Attempting to influence gaming outcomes by colluding with other users is prohibited.
- Statistics or data obtained from games may not be used for commercial purposes.
- tkbk reserves the right to review any bet and cancel bets that are deemed suspicious.
8 Sports Betting Rules
tkbk provides betting on various international and local sporting events. Markets are available for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, tkbk may consider exceptions in certain specific circumstances.
- If an event is postponed or cancelled, tkbk will make the final decision on settling the bet.
- tkbk may cancel bets placed at incorrect market prices.
- Participation in match fixing or any dishonest activity is legally punishable, and any such suspicion will result in the immediate closure of the account.
9 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure
If any of the following activities are detected, tkbk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the user's account and forfeit all balances held in the account:
- Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting activities.
- Harassing or abusive behavior toward other users.
Privacy, Security, and Liability
10 Protection of Personal Information
tkbk uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to keep your personal information safe. We never sell your information to third parties.

11 Limitation of Liability
tkbk will not be held responsible for:

- Temporary service interruptions due to government directives or technical emergencies.
- Personal financial losses resulting from participation in gambling — the user bears full responsibility for this.
tkbk always strives to ensure a safe, reliable, and fair environment. However, online gaming carries inherent risks and users must participate with that awareness.
12 Copyright and Intellectual Property
The tkbk website, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, and other content are entirely the intellectual property of tkbk. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited.
- Reverse engineering any part of the game software or website is prohibited.
- Using tkbk's brand name or logo without permission is prohibited.

The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page. Older versions will no longer be in effect.
15 Responsible Gaming
